Instantly! After successful payment, you will receive your eSIM within seconds via email with QR code and installation instructions.
You can install the eSIM before your trip. The validity period only starts when you connect to the network in your destination country.
iPhone:
  1. Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
  2. Scan QR code
  3. Activate eSIM
Android:
  1. Settings → Network → SIMs
  2. Add eSIM → Scan QR
  3. Follow instructions
Yes! Your phone can use both SIMs simultaneously. You can choose which SIM to use for data.
You can easily top up via our status page. If your package supports top-up, you will see the options there.
Since eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, refunds are generally not possible after purchase. For technical issues, please contact us.
Most of our packages allow Hotspot/Tethering. You can see for each package whether Hotspot is supported.
Most of our packages are data-only. However, you can make calls via internet apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime or Skype. Some packages also offer calls – you can see this in the package description.
